Account & Access

Use Sign Up, then confirm the verification email. If you didn't receive it, use 'Resend verification' from the profile menu.

Riders, Stage Plans, and Concerts

Rider lists the technical channels and gear; Stage Plan is the visual layout of the stage. Concerts link both.

Public Links & QR Codes

From your profile, copy the public URL. Public concerts and PDFs are available there.

Create a ticket from the Support menu. Include details and screenshots when possible.

Gamification

Your band has a shared reward balance tied to the band account. Active members can use credits together. Points are a loyalty bonus, not a contractual entitlement.

You can open the rewards page from your account when available.

Record is the highest total your band has ever reached. It is used for levels and milestone rewards so that deleting and re-creating content does not make you lose rank or earn the same gifts twice.

Current lifetime can go down if points linked to removed content are reversed. Your spendable balance follows the rules shown on the rewards page.

At certain totals (record), your band can unlock extras such as a one-time bonus at 50 points (record) and reward choices every full 100 points of record. Each choice lets you add quota (e.g. concert, member, rider) when you have enough spendable balance to confirm it.

Exact rules and amounts may evolve; the in-app page always reflects what applies to your band.

Some small actions that grant 1 point each are capped per band per day (for example up to 10 points from that bucket). Other one-time actions (polls, invitations, completing a concert, etc.) follow their own rules.
